Open letter to Southwest... YHGTBK!

Check, but not mate... Apparently, I have not been clear enough with my request to Mr. Kelly. Today I received another letter with another response from an underling quoting policy. I found it pointless and a waste of my time. I see Southwest as the Father of the bride. I am asking the Father for his blessing to marry his daughter. His daughter is going to get married with or without his blessing. Love is love. I am not asking him to pay for the wedding or to even come to the wedding. Without his blessing, what choice will the couple have? There must be a win win solution in this situation somewhere. Mr. Kelly, I continue to patiently await your blessing.

To be continued...

Southwest Airline's customer experience about to get better!

I am still waiting on a response from Southwest's Gary Kelly concerning Book Me. I know that many of you are waiting patiently to purchase this "convenience" tool so that you can get a fair shake at getting an "A" seat assignment. As they say, "patience is a virtue" and "good things are worth waiting on". My letter was sent a couple of weeks ago, so we should be hearing any day now and I am quite confident that Gary and his team will see the wisdom in allowing me to offer this software to you. After all, they are all about service, and Book Me is just one more way to enhance the "customer experience".
