It is hard for me to understand how airlines like United just don't have a clue. When it comes to knowing what good customer service is all about, all I have to do is take a look at Southwest Airlines. I know it when I see it. Southwest just gets it. Take care of your customers and they will come. Southwest is not lurking in the shadows to gouge you every chance they get. They want your business. They want your business today, and they want your business tomorrow. Your bags fly free on Southwest. Oh, and if you want to buy a non refundable ticket, that's okay. Southwest won't charge you some ridiculous amount to make a change and fly at a later date. They just make it easy. When I deal with them I feel like they are there for me. They want me to be happy. They want me to come back again and again. They also make flying with them fun. They joke around and don't take life too serious. If you want good service without losing your shirt, fly Southwest. And by the way, while your at it, Get your A on!
