Check, but not mate... Apparently, I have not been clear enough with my request to Mr. Kelly. Today I received another letter with another response from an underling quoting policy. I found it pointless and a waste of my time. I see Southwest as the Father of the bride. I am asking the Father for his blessing to marry his daughter. His daughter is going to get married with or without his blessing. Love is love. I am not asking him to pay for the wedding or to even come to the wedding. Without his blessing, what choice will the couple have? There must be a win win solution in this situation somewhere. Mr. Kelly, I continue to patiently await your blessing.

Does this mean that your bookme software tool doesn't work? I download it a few weeks ago, want to make sure I can still use it and it will work for my flight in 3 weeks. Thanks
They just won't give me a waiver on their terms of service to sell it. It should work fine.
